persons.

double bed (160x200) for a restful night's sleep and access
to the balcony. Open the wing doors and welcome the morning
sun!
The living room is an exiting combination of modern and traditional
elements. So settle back and relax to watch TV with a cable
connection or listen to the stereo/hi-fi system. The comfortable
sofa bed (160x200) can be used as additional sleeping accommodation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic glass hob and
oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, refrigerator,
coffee machine, toaster, pots, dishes and cutlery, all of
which complement the Bauhaus style of the apartment. There
is generous dining space for up to 4 persons.
Alternatively, enjoy breakfast or a light evening meal on
the south facing balcony, or perhaps a glass of wine in the
twilight hours?
The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC and
wash basin.
All rooms within the apartment are light and airy, including
the hall and each has its own window. Potential allergenic
reactions are minimised by the use of laminate parquet flooring
or tiles.
